Where can I find a cheap unlocked iPhone 4S?

I DESIRE an iPhone 4S, however, I'm not interested in paying the ridiculous monthly data fees. I found out that if I can get an unlocked iPhone, I can get unlimited data, text, and talk from Straight Talk Sim for just $45/month. I searched eBay and Craigslist, and all iPhones 4S's are around $400. Any suggestions where I can find a new unlocked iPhone 4S for around $200-300? Preferably 16GB

You can't get an iPhone 4S new in that budget - or even used. Just get the iPhone on contract with AT&T or Verizon, as that would be a cheaper solution. My AT&T Data Plan is just 20$ and I barely use it.

One suggestion is to buy a locked ATT iphone from ebay and then get it unlocked cheap at a service like iPhoneUnlockedCheap.com. That will save you some money

Unlocked iPhone 4S is very costly. You can't get any for $300. Get a iPhone 4S from AT&T and unlock it for low cost. You can Unlock your iPhone 4s using Remote Unlock method from http://www.unlock-zone.com/apple-iphone-4s/rs16wp9/. You have to specify the Country and current network provider. After unlocking iPhone 4S you can use Straight talk Sim card in it.
