Where can I get a cheap IPhone 4S no contract?
I need to get one NO CONTRACT for really cheap (Like Dirt Cheap).

Most carriers will give you service without a contract if you bring your own phone.
Which carrier your phone works with depends on which carrier it was originally made to work with - not all can be unlocked.
That means if you get a Verizon iPhone it will only work with Verizon, and a Sprint iPhone will only work with Sprint. With AT&T things are more flexible - any AT&T iPhone will work with AT&T, plus you can unlock it and then it will also work with any carrier that uses SIM cards (such as T-Mobile, Straight Talk, etc.).
