Where can i get an iphone 4s cheap with no contract?
I want a white iPhone 4s but i don't have an upgrade yet. If any one could let me know if they know of a website or a place please let me know as soon as possible!

You could get a prepaid iPhone, though these aren't available in all areas and you're going to have to pay more for the phone when you get it at the beginning. After that, I'm pretty sure your contract will be month-by-month and you can terminate it at any time.
EBay or Craigslist.
The phones are cheap w/ new contract because you pay the rest of the provider's cost through your monthly billing. Without that, you pay retail- 3 to 5 times more.
