Where can i replace my iphone 4 battery?
Does it have to be in an apple store?
Try amazon or ebay. Sometimes they sell the part cheaper. Going to the apple store may cost you too much
I bought the battery and installation kit (screw drivers and pry tools) for $7 shipped free on amazon. Hint, get some tape to stick the gnat sized screws on so you don't lose them. The 4S takes a slightly larger battery.
The stores will charge you $40-50 to do this and it takes about 10 minutes for a newbie. Make sure you see the orientation of the Wi-Fi antenna clip (slipped under the battery connector), it took me a few minutes to find a video that showed how it went back in.

- What company will replace a battery-destroyed iPhone 3? The battery of my iPhone 3 is freakishly swollen/expanded. Half of the front face is popped out and the back. I read that certain company's will replace it for free when this happens, any suggestions?
- Should I replace my iPhone battery? My dad gave me an iPhone 4 and he used it for 3 years or something. It has gone through over 430 cycles and it holds approximately 75% of charge compared to the original one. It barely lasts a day and I'm thinking about changing it. Is it a good idea or should I wait a bit more?
