Well there are multiple apps from the AppStore you can install into your iPhone and you should be able too, or you can install an app called iTube and download the video off YouTube (Safari) and you can watch it off iTube for free!

Crunchy Roll. Get the app, usually has dubs if you search them up; though I deleted it because unless you pay for membership on CrunchyR, ads and buffering together take up some time.
