You can't, Apple removed it because it was illegal. If you want free music then you can use apps like Spotify which offer free legal streaming, if you want offline viewing then either buy the songs on iTunes or get something like Spotify Premium which offers an offline mode.

Okay my iPhone 3gs has an ios of 4.2.1 i downloaded apps that is compatible with that ios so why does it say that it is incompatible with my iPhone. My iPhone is up to date or updated. WhY?
