Which gb storage should I get for iPhone 5s?

Hi. I recently got a paper round. For ages(years in fact) I've wanted to get an iPhone. Until recently I've I've done some research and I'm thinking of investing in an iPhone 5s. I already own a iPod touch 32gb which I got for a b-day present. This is already a year and a half year old which I wish to keep using it until it breaks. I've looked at Apple's website and there are the same iPhone 5s but there are different amounts of gb storage. Like 16gb, 32gb, and 64gb. I want to know which iPhone 5s will be best for me.

I've also looked on other iPhone's and on eBay as well. I've considered a iPhone 4s but I know by the time I've save up for it the iPhone 6 will be out and they might stop making it as it's only a 8gb model and I know this isn't enough storage for me. I also seriously considered a iPhone 5c 32gb but it's basically the same price as the iPhone 5s 16 gb. And I don't want to pay for a piece of plastic that will be 'out of the market' in a couple of years.

If it help on my 32 gb iPod touch I've got:

59 songs
64 videos
2,856 photos
188 apps
used 28.5 gb of storage still got 3 gb left out of 32gb

I use my iPod touch for solid gaming so if I got an iPhone 5s I'd like to think that I've got enough storage and that I won't run out after I've downloaded only two apps.

I've also noticed since ios 7 came out that I can't access all the apps on the app store even though I can get loads I can't get all the apps I want.

which storage is best for me? I'm 14 btw

Added (1). it is a 4th generate iPod touch by the way. Its works fine also my parents wouldn't even dream of buying me an iPhone. I'd pay for it myself my current phone is a Sony xperia e.

If you are someone who downloads games and songs go for 32gb however 16gb is enough for someone who doesn't really download much.

I got a 16GB iPhone 5 and it has 13GB remaining.

I have like 3 layers of games so it should be fine.

Since you have a iPod I would go for 16Gb.

You definitely have to go for the 64GB in my opinion so you can store more media files and apps.

"Wow! This Question is great, I also waiting for best answer"

Go for 64 GB if you are a heavy user( seems like you ARE a heavy user)
So thats it buy a 64 GB version

All those videos and photos could easily just be copied to the computer, then you don't need near as much storage. Verizon is offering 5S for $99 16GB right now but not sure how long that will last, thats a great deal.
