Which has a better camera? IPhone 4s or Ipod 5?

Neither, both have 8MP camera hell even the 5s has it so apple isn't making improvements go figure, Nokia is the way to go with cameras
The 5S camera is fantastic, even has low light and slow motion video capabilties. I think the 4S is a long ways behind so I'm guessing ipod 5 is better then 4S on the camera.
