I have an iphone 4, I don't like it. But I never tried iphone 5 before but i guess that it is better.

Definitely get the 5. The iPhone 4 is starting to show it's age now, so it won't work nearly as fast as the 5.

5 some of my friends have the 4 and it's really slow even with ios 7. So i'd go with 5
Get samsung s5 IF NOT S6 OR NOTE4, Iphones are junk you'll regret it.
s3 better than any iphone 4, s4 better than any iphone 5, s5 better than all haha, mybe except for the iphone 6

Absolutely, between both iPhones, you should go with iPhone 5. It has best display, best performance, great battery life as compared to iPhone 4.
