Personally, I would choose an iPhone.

iOS is extremely easy to use, and is better constructed.
iPhone is made of higher quality material (aluminum and glass compared to plastic).
Apple claims that they have the largest app store, which means more apps.
More popular games like Infinity Blade (iOS only).
Siri is more responsive than Samsing's S-voice.
iPhone looks more stylish and chic (better design), and easy to use.
It's just awesome!

Obviously Note II with better features and S-Pen Capabilities.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is the best because its running android.

If you are n architect, engineer, designer etc that needs to do a lot of stylus based work on a large screen on the go, or need the huge screen and the stylus for other needs, Note 2 is for you.

If you want the perfect phone, but can do with a smaller screen, go for the iPhone 5.

In India, Note 2 has better sense till prices of Apple devices come down.

Apple is really great! And if you already have an apple product, don't get anything else but apple because they're unified.

Both phones are good but it depends on what you like. On iphone the app store is bigger and its super easy to use. But if for note 2 it has android so you can customize things to your liking like adding widgets. Plus if your a big techy computer person then yeah note cause its way more open the iphone

IPhone is user friendly. Both phones are different and depends on its usage. Note 2 is ridiculously huge for a phone. First time I saw someone holding it to the ear I laughed.
iPhone is sleek and looks good. It is a uniques product and unique looking.
