Galaxy s3, no question about it, it's even better than iphone 5 in specs, cam, many more feature and better OS
just go to youtube and look at the benchmarks of gs3 international version
NOTE: be sure to buy the international version (quad core cpu) not the north american version (dual core)
If you want a technical or smarter phone, it should be an IPhone 4.
If you want a practical or easy and better phone, you should buy a Samsung Galaxy S3.
In my opinion, Iphone 4 is better.
It's simple, the iPhone 4 came out over 2 years ago, the galaxy s3 only just, so obviously the galaxy is better, personally as an iPhone user I would get the iPhone 5, but if it's a choice between the 4 and the galaxy s3 then Samsung wins hands down
