Which is better, iPhone 3gs or a Samsung Galaxy S2?
I can get one of them for £50 but I don't know which one to get or which one is better.
Get the Samsung Galaxy S2

Samsung is better because iPhone's have been known to have screens that break easily. Samsungs are much more reliable.
I have a samsung galaxy and it freezes all the time and is really unreliable- my brother has had the iPhone 3 for over 3 years now and it's still going strong.
The S2. The S2 is supposed to compete with the iPhone 4/4s, the iPhone 3gs is dated.
Even the Samsung S2 can do more than the iPhone 5, it is just a preference of interface.

The galaxy s2 is 4g the iPhones are all 3G with exception to the 5.
The Samsung allows additional memory by simply putting in a chip, the iPhone can't add memory what you buy is all you can ever get.
The Samsung is a much better phone then the iPhone, it does everything the iPhone can do and more.
Even apple knows Samsung is good they use Samsung parts in the iPhone.
Apple has a lot of restrictions on what the end user can and can't do, the Samsung doesn't.
I could go on with more reasons the galaxy is better but I'm sure you get the idea with just these reasons.
