Which one's better IPhone 5 or IPhone5C?

I'm trying to decide which one's better please tell me

They are the same, except for the case construction material.

They are the same internally, it's all about preference! The 5C is pretty neat because you can get a color that matches your personality! Especially when you add one of the cases with all the holes on it. Very customizable!

It's up to you, if you want a colorful smartphone then go for the 5c and if you want a premium looking smartphone then I bet go for iphone 5

IPhone 5, the iPhone 5c is plastic, and if you dropped it a lot the screen pops out of the plastic casing. So I would go with the iPhone 5

In terms of specs, the 5c as it relates to the camera & battery.

I have the iPhone 5 and my teens each have an iPhone 5c. They are pretty much the same phone, except the 5c has a colored plastic case. I prefer the 5, obviously. The 5c is a year newer and thus has a little better specs. Nothing substantial, though, so really the determining factor is do you want it in a bright color or not?
