Which phone, iPhone 4S 16G or LG Volt 4G?

Daughter is getting new phone, please give opinions. BOTH ARE EXTREMELY GOOD PHONES! DON't GO BY YOUR OPINION BUT BY QUALITY!

I had a 4s since they came out. That was my first Apple phone. The same phone lasted until I traded it in for the iPhone 6 last winter.

It's a good phone and durable. Battery life is fine. Siri is very helpful.

if she like to store a lot of music, videos, and pictures on her phone, consider getting her a higher storage phone then the 16gb. You may only have around 12 after the ios is installed, and certain apps and games can take up a lot of storage themselves.

especially if she sends a lot of messages, my messages have accumulated over 1 GB so far.

unless you monitor her phone on what she keeps on there to save space, get her a high storage iPhone with 32 or 64 GB. That way you won't have to purchase extra cloud storage since the iPhone doesn't have a memory card slot.

it's still a good idea to get her a case and screen protector for whichever phone she gets. I have a screen protector from Zagg, the HDX. It's very good qualty and has great reviews. Its $25, but if you register your product, you'll have free lifetime replacement if your current screen protector cracks or chips. All you pay for is the shipping for replacements, after you turn in your old one.

  • Where can I buy a cheap working 16g iPhone 4s? I DO NOT want an unlocked one, and I need it to be able to work for Verizon Wireless. I can't find anything on eBay or craigslist that is what I need

  • Other space on 16G iphone 4s? I have a 16G iphone 4S and an enormous section of my space is taken up by "other"! Apparently 7.4 of my 16G are taken by other even after I deleted most messages, have only 400 photos (i have had many more), deleted a lot of apps, taken off my email account, cleared internet history and cookies, half my notes, and even restored the entire phone. What could possibly be taking up all of this space?
