The 6s Plus has better specs but it depends f you like the size or not. It's bigger the the regular 6s. If you don't mind the size or you like it, then go for the Plus.
Pros/cons of bigger screen:
Pros: Can see stuff easier, videos and games look better and more immersive on bigger screens
Cons: May not fit in smaller pockets as easy, might be a little harder/less comfortable to hold
Depends on if you value the bigger display, bigger battery, OIS for the camera.
