Why can't I receive messages from other iphones?
I have an iphone 3gs and I noticed that I won't receive messages from other iphones until a while later, I only just got one from 3 days ago. Can someone tell me how to sort this out I've reset my phone like 10 times and its still not receiving messages.
Is it just iPhones? Is it some issue related to iMessage? (if the other iPhones are attempting to send messages via iMessage and you do not have your internet enabled it may cause the messages to be backlogged, I should imagine).
- Why does my iPhone sometimes send texts to other iPhones as iMessages then regular texts to iPhones? Like when I send a text to my friend that has an iphone, it usually sends as an iMessage then it will randomly send as just a regular text and it will be green and not blue.
- Why do people with iPhones receive email text messages? I have an iPhone and other people I text with iPhones tell why when I text them they get my email instead of my phone number. Why is that is it possible to not to ever send out my email just my number. When I text them with my iPhone.
- Why do iPhone messages come up as picture messages on other phones? When my friend sends me texts, she has an iphone, they come up as picture messages and i can't revieve them on my phone because my plan doesn't cover picture messages. Can she change the settings so it won't come up as a picture?
- Why can't I receive pictures from other phones on an iPhone? I get all pictures from other iPhones most of the time but when I get one from another phone it says "content removed because handset could not display it" is there any way to receive pictures from other brands of phones?
