Why can't I see snaps on my iphone from an android snapchat user?
My friend has an android my touch and every time he sends me or my girlfriend a video (we both have iphones) we can't see it? We can see his pics but not videos. We're able to see other videos from other android users and his wife who has an android can see his videos but why can't we? Any help would be awesome!
Make sure he has updated his snapchat to latest on the Google Play Store. Also see if you can see his wife's videos because if you can it will probably be an issue with his phone and not android or ios.
I have an android and I have never have any problems seeing or sending pics/vids from other android or iphone users.
- Why would an iPhone user suddenly be unable to text another i phone user? My husband and I have both have iPhones (through Verizon if it matters) and for the last week anytime he's tried to text me it doesn't go through.
- Why can't people see my snapchat videos on my front camera? When I try to send snapchat videos on my front camera, most people can't open them. I have to keep taking videos on my back camera in order for people to see them. At least all my friends with iphones can't open them. My friends with androids can. I have an android (xperia sp). Any reason why this is happening? And how I could fix this.

I just got the update, and now whenever I get a snapchat and it says "press and hold to view" or "tap to load" and I hold down my finger on it or tap it nothing happens! I can send them, but it won't let me open any. I'm very frustrated. Oh, I have an iPhone 4. How can I fix this?
- When Android user sends text to a mixed group of iPhone and Android users? A family member who is an Android user sent a text message to a large group of recipients, including me. The group has both Android users and iPhone users. I'm an iPhone user. Does this mean that I will receive everyone else s messages like an iMessage group, or will all messages go directly between the conversation starter and whoever is messaging him, without any of the other group members seeing what the other members said?
