Why can't this stupid Iphone recognize when to differentiate between imessage and regular message?
I'm talking about when an iphone user sends me a regular message and my phone sends back an imessage. Why? Why…
Because he's sending it with an iPhone. IPhones use iMessage.

- What's the difference between iMessage and text message on an iPhone? So I got an iPhone 4S for my upgrade, and when I text certain people who have iPhones it comes out as iMessage, in blue. And yes I text their number, not email. However my dad has an iPhone too, and when I text him it comes out as text message. So I'm kinda confused?

- IMessage and regular text messaging? Can you block regular text messages, but still use iMessage? This is because I don't have a text messaging plan and would therefore not want to use the regular text messaging on my iPhone or to have to pay for text messages sent to me from non-apple users. OR If i switch to iMessage on my phone, would I not need to block the normal text messages at all because i would just simply not receive them(and therefore not need to pay the.20/text)?
