Why did my transaction disappear from Wells Fargo bank account?

So very early Friday morning I purchased an iPhone 6 from boost mobile, online. It said it was pending. In my email I got the confirmation. Also later that day I received an email saying that the item has been shipped and that I could track the Fed ex package. When I did, it was on transit (still is) in Indianapolis, IN. Today (Saturday) the transaction suddenly disappeared and the money is back into my account. And now I'm so confused. So am i getting the package or no? Did they cancel the order? WHAT?! Has this happened to anyone else before?

A purchase transaction isn't final until it appears as posted to your account, which can take a few days. It has no bearing on shipping status of the purchased item.

Don't spend that money. Leave it there. The transaction will appear again soon. I have Wells Fargo and I have seen similar issues with certain card transactions. First it will be pending, then it will be gone and look like it never happened, then it will be an actual transaction. Since it is the weekend, it will either show up on Monday or Tuesday as an actual transaction.

I sold an iphone 5 a couple weeks back on eBay, I did let them know that I was on holiday and will send off when I was back and they said that would be fine. So I sent it off when I got back, but the buyer has now opened a case saying when it gets there they want to refund it. When I did say in the auction no returns, will I have to refund them?
