Why do i look good in the mirror but not in selfies?
I looked so cute in the mirror! And really good figure! But when i went to my iPhone, i looked like ****. What? And my background sucked so i couldn't take a mirror selfie.
Find the right angle. Keep taking pictures soon you'll figure which angle is best. Ask a friend's opinion too if you like.
If you think about it a selfie is a still image of yourself so you're going to notice flaws more similarly to if you stared at somebody whilst they posed in the same position. However your not completely still when you look in the mirror and you can see your whole self and not just your face which is how others will see you. I wouldn't worry anyway iPhone cameras make everyone feel like s***!

- Why do I look ugly in my camera, but not in the mirror? Whenever I look into my iPhone camera I look extremely pale, my zits look extremely red, and my eyes just appear "brown" but when I look into the mirror I look a little tan, and my zits look very small and not that big of a deal, and my eyes appear more greenish and hazel. And no there's no lighting of the room when I'm looking into the mirror it's just natural light. Is it just the camera that makes me look ugly? Or is my mirror wrong and my Cameras right? :/
- Why do I look so fat in iPhone pictures but good in the mirror? So I've been on a health kick lately and I looked in the mirror today and I thought I looked okay. I was actually happy with my body for once. Later I took a full length pic with my iPhone 5 and I couldn't believe how fat I looked… Omfg I'm so depressed now. I feel like all my hard work eating healthy and exercising was for nothing. Why did I look so fat in my pictures but good in the mirror? Which is more accurate? Ughh
- Why do I look horrible on selfies? When I take selfies with a friend or just by myself I look really bad but in reality I'm not that ugly. Its like the iPhone makes my face look worse and shows all my defects lol why? And when I take it with a professional camera I look good.
