Why do people pay $500 for an iphone when it will be an obsolete design in 1 year?
$500 for a cellphone is crazy
No idea. I've always thought it was crazy. But then again, I'm still rocking a flip phone that I've had for about 3 years now. I've never had any issues with it and the battery will last me about a week. I see no reason to get a smart phone.
Its absurd, people are sheep with no priorities.
This is known as price discrimination… The price discriminates people… Segregate them, who is rich and who is poor… Rich people will buy it for pride, show off and the use of it
Preps have no shortage of money. A new expensive show off toy everyday.
Those are the type of people that either don't think very far ahead or don't plan to have that phone 1 year later anyway.

- Will iOS5 become obsolete soon? So I'm planning to buy a second hand iPhone 3Gs and I'll probably have it on iOS6 already. But I want to know how long apple will keep supporting iOS5/6 so that this phone doesn't go useless.
