Why do people want to keep buying new iPhones when they currently have a good iPhone?
Added (1). I wished I could touch an iPhone to see how it feels to have one
It's an extreme display of consumerism. The society in which we now live is generally rich in possessions but morally and spiritually bankrupt.
Things are more important than people.
Because they have too much time in their hands and have nothing more important to do in life. I have my trusty iPhone 5S and I'm not looking to upgrade any time soon.
An iPhone is great to have and it feels great in your hand, but in order for you to experience it, you must try it. Only you can tell if it feels great.
People like to have the latest & greatest.
For some people it's because they see the phone as a status symbol, and they want to show off.
For others it's because they are cellphone geeks and they always just want to experience the newest technology.
Another factor is that many people will just upgrade as a matter of course whenever their current contract ends, because they can get a new phone for almost nothing, and they figure "why not?".
It is regarded as a status symbol to have a phone that bends and has faulty software at an exorbitant price, The delayed delivery only adds to the anticipation. 3:-)
They have "musthaveitis" which is good because sensible people can buy their old phones at less than half price after all the glitches and problems have been sorted out
Mostly, because they can.
- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. Can someone explain something useful that great about iphone? Everything they think is special other phones have been doing for years.
- What is the game on iphones where you are the president and there are three different groups of people and you have to keep them all happy? In this game one of the three groups asks you if they can build something such as a school and if you say yes it could make one group angry but if you say no it can make a different group angry so you have to try to keep it balanced.
- If new iPhones in the shops have ios 8 installed. Will they still have the same gigabytes? Cause ios 8 takes away 4.1 gigabites and if for example a iPhone 6 with 16 gigabites had ios 8 installed onto it like the rest would it take away some gigabites and when people buy it it would be. 11 gigabytes? I'm 14year old girl saving up for a iPhone 6 and wondering about ios 8 and new phones gigabytes
- I have more than 5GB of iCloud used, and I pay for the 50GB plan, I don't really want to keep paying it. I don't want to lose my pictures th? I have more than 5GB of iCloud used, and I pay for the 50GB plan, I don't really want to keep paying it. I don't want to lose my pictures that I keep on my shared photo stream though. If I stop paying for iCloud will my shared photo stream pics/vids still always be available (forever)? Why do so, w videos and pictures not load on shared photo stream, does apple delete them? Where'd they go? I like google pictures to store my photos, but it's not HD. I have iPhone 6+
