Why does apple products take so long to ship?
My friend order the new iphone 5 yesterday and it said 3-4 weeks and when I order the new ipod touch today it said it should come in by Nov 26-28. I mean is this true if it is then it takes way to long to get the apple products. We live in Atlanta
They are on backorder, they likely will only take about a week to ship from their china manufacturing company, but since there's so much demand, there are a heck of a lot of people ahead of you that have also ordered them.
Because of the bad economy (sarcasm) and no one having a job, they are sold out and all on back order now.
I just wanted to make a political statement, but the part about them being sold out and on back order is correct.
- Why does amazon take so long to ship stuff? I ordered a simple, clear, plastic iPhone 4S case on June 9, 2013. When I ordered it, I selected standard shipping (3-5 business days). My delivery estimate is now July 3-July 23! That's insane! Why does it take so long; it's just an iPhone case?
- How long does it usually take for something to ship from Hong Kong? I purchased a mic and an iPhone cover from eBay and it says that it has been shipped, but when I clicked on the details of the item it says that it is preparing shipment and the other item says that it has been accepted. The item description says that est.delivery will be on Tues Apr. 2 - Thurs. Apr.18, and so does the other one. I realized that the est, delivery was adding on a day. Should I contact the seller or just wait?

- How long does it take to ship something from the US to Venezuela? I shipped out an iPhone from California to my friend who lives in Venezuela on September 30th and she still hasn't gotten it yet, should I be worried?
