Why does the App Store on my iPhone 5 keep opening on its own?
It seems it only happens when jm browsing through the fb app. Every time I open a link, after 10 seconds of being on this page through fb the App Store then opens and it's always the same app asking to be installed. Candy Crush Saga… Any ideas on why this is happening and how I can stop it?

It does it to me on my 4 when I'm in my browser on any website! Did I someone install some android software in here? WTF
I don't even need to be holding my iPod and it switches to the App Store every minute or so while Safari is open
I'm so sick of ignorant people who do NOT have answers yet want to give their useless opinions. Just keep on clicking jake acers! "You must be doing this or doing that"… Like you have any clue… Go get a life! Stay off off sites where Intelligent answers are required, not k-garten nonsense.

Go to setting and then to General after that go to restrictions on turn on the installing apps restriction.
this should keep the app store from opening on its own, if this does not work I guess you're f***ed for life.

This started happening to me last night. I'm probably too late to help but something said here jogged my memory about browser related eccentricities. Try going into Safari settings and delete history and cookies. So far it's no longer happening. Maybe something stuck in the memory cache?
Don't see "restrictions" in my settings menu. Wheredoes it hide?

I have a brand new iPhone 5c, and I'm trying to go on the internet via one of my apps, but it keeps re-directing me to the App store to buy Candy Crush Saga. The internet works fine if I go on Safari, but it doesn't work if I use it on this app (Recipe Box). How can I fix that?

I can't get any source of signal, the Wi-Fi switch is greyed out, the date changed to December 31 and the time is an hour behind. The battery before I plugged it in was 20% its been 5 minutes and its up to 100%. Pretty weird.
