Why dosent my iphone 5 charge?
My phone charges but it doesn't say that its is charged and hold the charge it has it has been n the charger all day and hasn't gone more than %5. I don't know if its my cord or my phone. I will try another cord but if that doesn't work what should i do?
Do a reset then try turning phone off to charge and turn back on hour or so later all my iPhones have done this also your charger maybe dirty so get air duster to spray the charger plug and the charge port down don't try to clean it with anything else if all else fails ull have to contact apple or go to a apple store
Buy another one?
This could be a problem with the charger, maybe somethings broke inside, in which case you will need to buy a new charger. Also a simple phone reset could work as it resets everything.
Worst case is its the phone itself, there could be two things, the port, or the battery.
The port could be damaged so it is not receiving the full charge, hence why it is not charging up very fast.
The battery could have damaged cells inside it, causing it not to take in the charge properly and to then not hold the charge properly.
If the new charger doesn't work, send it to be repaired or looked at, either apple or any other phone store can do this, but apple is probably the best bet.
- What features does the iPhone 5 has that the iPhone 4 dosent? I know about Siri but other features. And if you could please explain each feature. I'm making sure its worth the upgrade. Please do not convince me to get another brand.
