Why is my comcast internet so slow?
I just got a new faster modem which is the xfinity internet box I think it's called. I pay for the fastest internet connection there's and it's still like the slowest thing ever. I need it fast for my ps4. The only thing in my house that uses the connection is two iPhones and my ps4. How do I make it faster?
P.S I called comcast already and they said they've done the speed test and thy said I already should have the fastest connection but it's still slow
I don't know where you are, but here in my area I hear all these complaints about Comcast really slowing down during the peak hours. Also the modem is not what gives you your internet speed. You only get what ever speed your internet provider sends to your modem. The type of modem you have actually has nothing to do with your internet speed. You will still get only what ever speed the internet provider sends to the modem.
