Why is my iPhone 4 refusing to charge?

Last night I plugged it into the charger and after a few seconds it stopped charging and said "Charging not supported with this accessory." I've tried charging it in different positions and with different chargers and it will not charge for more than a minute or two. It's now down to 7% battery, what should I do?

Use a diff charger… That's what I gotta do

The first thing I would do is a "hard" reset. Hold your power and home button at same time until the screen goes black and the the white apple shows up on screen. This should help it if not its your charger.

Use a different charger, get a new battery. You might have to just get a new phone

Try restarting your phone. If that doesn't work you might need a new charger.

Try a different charge chord. Chord could be bad.
