Why is my iphone 4S not turning on?
I was watching something on Netflix, paused it, went to go do something, and when I came back my iphone wouldn't turn on. I plugged it into the computer but iTunes won't recognize it and it doesn't charge. My friend called it and it actually rang on her line-didn't go straight to voicemail. Could water damage do this? I don't understand how it still rings though. Possible problems/solutions?

Try performing a hard reboot. Press and simultaneously hold the Home and Power button for around 10 seconds until you see the Apple Symbol.
