Why is my iPhone saying 3G when the sim card is 4G LTE?
Ok so I just bought a Samsung galaxy s3 a while ago with 4G LTE and it broke. So I switched to my friends iPhone 4 with the same sim card but it's saying 3G. Why is it doing that?
Depends what iphone is it. The only iphone that supports 4g lte is the iphone 5
It takes more than a sim card to make a phone LTE capable. Iphone 4s aren't LTE phones.
IPhone 4 doesn't support 4G LTE. It can only receive 3G signal.
Iphone 4 does not have 4g LTE support. It can only do 3g. It is not about the sim card but whether or not the phone has the bands for LTE.

- IPhone keeps saying no sim card? I don't need a SIM card I dropped my phone and when I saw it it said NO SIM CARD so I think that's what made it say that. I tried restarting my phone but now it's stuck on the Please insert SIM card. So basically I can't use my phone anymore.
