Make sure your mute switch on the side of your home is flipped on. Also make sure your settings are set in your iPhone. Make your "Do Not Disturb" setting is off. Also make sure your sounds settings are set In the "Sounds" option in the settings.
- Why is my iPhone first generation not getting incoming calls? It will get texts and outgoing calls work but when I call the phone, an alarm is heard and the call never goes through. I'll take any troubleshooting ideas.

So my power button is broken and i'm on assistive touch but the problem with assistive touch is that to get to the power button i have to press the dot then a sub menu then the lock so to cancel an incoming call i have to press six times and it's kinda annoying, so is there a shortcut where i can cancel the calls by one or two touches can i change the function of other buttons to make it cancel the call?
