Why won't it let me download O2 tracks?
I have an iPhone and I'm already on O2 but it won't let me download O2 tracks, when I type it in the search bar on the App Store it doesn't come it but I comes up for all my friends, how do I download it, someone help?
This app is available only in the UK itunes store. If you are in the UK it might be your iphone is set to the wrong store, maybe as a result of syncing with itunes which can be set to browse the US store.
If youre using your iphone, open safari and open google.com then type in "o2 tracks itunes" then follow any link thats on itunes.com. This should then re open your App Store on your phone and offer it to you. If it's set to the wrong store it should ask if you want to go to the UK store. Once you do this, you should be able to grab it ok.
If you can access a laptop or PC do the same thing using itunes then sync the app to your phone.

No apps, no songs, movies, I can't download any of it. For example, when I try to download an app, I tap the price then it says, BUY APP in green. Usually I just delete some things off my phone and that helps but not in this case. I called apple support and they werent much help at all. I tried to clear up iCloud a bit to make more room for storage but that didn't work either. I dnt know what else to do I need help please
