Why Won't My New Iphone Sync with Itunes?
I bought my iphone 5c today set it all up etc all is fine with it apart from it won't sync with itunes. It syncs with windows but nothing with itunes. I have tried restarting my computer and phone, uninstalling and reinstalling itunes. I also have i ipod shuffle which i sync to itunes with the same account and this syncs fine. Could this be the problem?
Maybe you have a later version of iTunes what version is it under? Try re installing iTunes by going to the site. If that doesn't work try contacting apple about iTunes. Hope this answers your question.
What are you trying to sync? Are you hoping it does it automatically or are you actually hitting the 'sync' button in iTunes?
The ipod shuffle works well with itunes… Then it's the iphone that's the issue.
take it to apple and have them examine it.
the thing is, not all iphones… Wherever you bought it… Are "perfect". Some are faulty… Like when i got my iphone 4 for the first time the screen did not work quite well at first.
iphone 4 had a lot of issues when it went on sale around the world. Like the antenna issue (i'm sure you know about it)
so just take it to apple.
- Why won't my new Iphone 5 sync to my old Itunes? I don't have my old Iphone 4s, it was stolen. I got a new Iphone 5 and now I'm trying to sync it to get my music off my old phone. I didn't have Icloud turned on on my old phone and on Itunes, the panel to the left that the apple website keeps saying to go to isn't there. Please help, I have hundreds of dollars worth of music on that phone! I have also downloaded the most recent itunes already
- Why won't my iphone 4 sync with my itunes library? For some reason it does not work. I tried automatically syncing it and manually, but I can only get the songs if it is in a playlist. I want to be able to see all of the songs by artist though and the new songs are not under there.
