Will apple fix my jailbroken iphone?

I had a few months ago water damaged my iphone 4s and i'm afraid that apple won't support me if they found out i jailbroken the iphone,

I only use for a couple of Video game emulators and customization.
when apple sees my phone boot up they will see Mario jumping up and hitting a? Block with an apple logo coming out.So will they or will they not?

Well they will fix it but not for free.

warranties don't cover water damage. Once they find out its water damaged, they will deny your warranty and charge you for the fix (which is going to be a replacement, and nearly the cost of a new phone)

you being jailbroken is not even relevant.

Do you have insurance through a phone company? Cause if so they don't ever check… Also it's water damaged- from the perspective of reducing costs I'm left to wonder how cost effective it is to repair the phone over replacing it? (from personal experience its usually about equal, I've had issues before and apple was just like "Ah, I see, yeah, we'll just replace it." Keep in mind I've never had water damage but once back when appullus (or whatever it was called was out) I had jailbroken my phone and they didn't check or didn't care. Either way its a pretty safe bet. Just do a bit of research to see what the typical fix is for water damage and act on that.

Water damage comes under hardware problem and it doesn't concern the software aspect of it being jailbroken. And anyways your phone's warranty doesn't cover physical damage or water damage, so they're gonna charge you anyways.
