Will Apple replace my iphone again?

About 5 months ago my iPhone 5 started acting up and wouldn't charge due to the charging port being too dirty. When i brought my phone into the apple store, they elected to just give me a refurbished phone instead of cleaning out the port. My warranty then expired a couple days after that. Within the last week or so I've begun to have phone troubles again. My phone just randomly turns off, and then will take up to like 5 minutes to turn back on. This morning it turned off again, but this time i couldn't turn it on. I tried to restore the phone but, iTunes just tells me that the phone is being restored while no progress is being made. I feel as though the reason my phone is having these problems is because it was refurbished. Do i have any chance of apple replacing my phone even though the warranty is now expired?

Refurbished it typically still new, just means it had a part replaced or something similiar. I doubt if they will replace it free at 5 months is a while.

Hard to say

  • Will they replace my iPhone again? I this my replacement iPhone I got from the apple store about 5-7 weeks ago and have noticed it has a dent by the corner where the edge and metal band is. I have insure too, apple care. Could they replace it?
  • Will Apple replace my broken iPhone 5 with another iPhone 5 or an iPhone 5S? The power button is no longer working on my iPhone 5, and there's 1 year warranty on it. If I were to being it to Apple, would they give me a new iPhone 5, or a 5S? I was just wondering because the iPhone 5 is no longer made or sold by Apple.
  • Pics appearing again n again in Iphone even after deletion? Some one has clicked my pics from i Phone. I have also deleted it from his camera roll and photo Stream but still he is able to recall that pic again n again. Person is not using i cloud i have. May be using some kind of app i have no idea. Can somebody help me here?
  • Is Apple making their older phones not work well, again? Apple has been caught making (through updates) older devices operate slow (si people but newer products). Lately my older iPhone 5S that I use to surf the web and play using vua Wi-Fi has been acting up s little. I noticed it yesterday and today, Has anyone else noticed that their older Apple device is not performing as well as last month?
