Will apple warranty will change my iPhone 5 to new?
I had a stuck pixel on my iPhone, and apple changed it to a brand new iphone. Now I cracked this iPhone 5 screen and rear top glass. Will they changed it or how much i would have to pay for apple for changing iPhone?
Added (1). I have hard, that you pay 250 usd for cracked screen and they will replace your phone. Or if you have apple care plan they will replace it.
It's hats to say they have always had the crank on warranty and my friend cracked his iPod touch 5 and they said that warranty don't cover it but when I called about my iPhone when I had it they said that it being jailbroke that the warranty is not that's for it
For a pixel going missing, that is not your fault. However, a cracked screen is, and they will not replace it.
- Will I get a new iPhone from my warranty? - 1 My lock button is broken but I'm still under warranty. Will they give me another iPhone 4 or an iPhone 5 bevause it's the newest phone?
- Will apple still cover me with their 1 year apple warranty? My uncle gave me his iPhone 4S as a gift, it has warranty until November 2013 and for some reason the phone turns off by itself about every 3 hours! The phone does not have any water damage as the water indicators are white, will apple still cover me on fixing it or giving me another one since I'm not the original owner but the phone is still under their warranty!
- Will Apple automatically sign you out if you change your Apple password? My sister has my mums old iPhone which has my stuff logged in and she told me she could see my messages and I got a little freaked out and I wanna know if Apple logs you out automatically if you change your password ;-; (The phone is supposed to be mine soon.)
- I bought an iphone on ebay, can i go to the apple store and change it for a new one? The person I bought it from said that the IPhone 5 was still under warranty, is it possible to go and change the phone for a new one? Don't I need documents showing that I bought it and that it does have warranty?
