Will the Apple shop replace my iPhone or my phone network company?

My iPhone has started to break (not through accidental damage, but a software issue) and I was wondering if it's better to go to an Apple shop or to an EE shop where I bought it. Will any of them give me a free upgrade? Which is more likely?

Either or should help the same.

Start with Applestore. If you fall under the Applecare warranty they will repair or replace free. They still offer those services for a fee outside of the warranty period as well. Carriers in the US if like those in UK are just third party and would have to send it off to the manufacturer anyway. Best luck.

Go to apple they should replace your phone for free if you have warranty

  • Will an unlocked iPhone work for any phone company network? I would like to stay with Boost Mobile after I bought MY VERY OWN iPhone. If not, I will go with sprint. The problem is I pay my own phone bill and I'm starting work soon. This is why if I can stay with my current phone company I will. If not I will just buy a cricket iPhone. I was looking into getting an unlocked Samsung Galaxy s4 at first, but they're more expensive. So will an unlocked iPhone allow me to use it with my own company choice? If so which ones?
  • Trading-in my water damaged phone to a phone company. Can they see my personal data? So i'm trading in my iPhone 6 for a newer version as it is water damaged (it won't turn on or anything) and my phone company said that they can recycle it. Does this mean that once they get it working, they will see all of my personal information, including photos, contacts etc? I've taken the SIM card out but I'm not sure what this contains.
  • Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
  • If you buy an Iphone at an apple shop, can you? Get the phone service connected there? Or do Apple stores only sell the phone itself, and you have to go to another company to get the phone service hooked up?
