Would apple replace my iPhone 5?
There are four reasons to this:
1) Scratches out of the box, which are very minor.
2) home button is loose
3) Power button is loose
4) worst of all, the screen is very loose. It feels like its piping and makes a clicking noise.
Would they replace? I bought it October 28th and just noticed today so.
They should. Just all them or intact them somehow and let them know and see what they say.
You have had the phone for almost a month and a half and you just noticed these things?
likely Apple with claim it looks like it was dropped, and will repair/replace it but will charge you.
No only If it is water damaged, fire damaged, or dropped and cracked, etc
As long as the faults to the iphone were NOT caused by dropping it etc and is a manufacturing defect, then apple would have to fix ir replace it by law…
BUT if you caused the damage, even accidently then you are stuck with it
I think apple would help you out as best as they could and I think they have a 60-90 day policy so I would do it As soon as possible
