100 sit ups in how much time is good?

Recently, I've taken up doing a minimum of 100 sit ups every day. Today, I did exactly 100 hundred in 3 minutes and 22 seconds. (I time it on my iPhone.) I'm a 13 year old girl, and I weigh about 100lbs. Is that fast, slow, or normal?

Well, I'm 16 and can do 57 in a minute. But I'm also considered in shape. If you are 13 and can do 100 in 3, you are quite a bit higher than normal. Good job!

Why are you even timing it?
keeping count is fine to track your progress but you should be focusing on keeping good form more than anything. You want slow controlled movements, also try to hold the crunches for 10-20 seconds to maximize the benefit for a better work out.
how many you do is pointless if you do them too fast anyways. Your muscles aren't even contracting long enough to really benefit from it that way.
and anyone can flop around like a fish doing it all wrong…

This is not an answer to your question, but you should know that sit ups are not that beneficial. You would be better off doing core exercises.
