16 gb iphone 4 has only 5gb?
I recently purchased an iphone 4 on eBay. It is the 16 gb but when I got it said it only had 5 gb. I've seen people say theirs has 14 gb, but not 5 gb. Is there any way that I can get the 14 gb memory? I haven't tried anything yet to try and clear memory.
Try remvoving apps that you don't use and when you plug your phone in the pc slect covert to 128 bits for mp3s that will free up some space and delete one of your back ups from the phone.
Maybe you have too many apps installed, what is the free space and used space? Go to settings > general > about

You got the 8GB iPhone 4 and the seller said it's 16GB.
Restore it through iTunes.
- Why do I have only 5gb of iCloud storage? I bought the 108gb version of the iPhone 7 plus. I bought that thinking I would have 108gb of storage for picture/games etc but it said it's almost full. What is the point of paying extra for 108gb if it goes by iCloud storage.
