16GB or 32GB for the iphone5?
This will be my first iphone(glad I waited for something nice) if that matters. The main uses for the phone will be music, photos/videos, and apps. Since I'm a newbie, do apps take up a lot of space? I have 1500 songs that are growing, and will be using the phone for two years so I know music will be the biggest space. I don't want to pay the extra 100 if I don't need it
If I buy a USB storage for the phone(I think thats what is it called) can I get more GB, or is the GB on the phone the MAX you will be able to get?
Any info on iphones in general would be great, like different apps, app storage space, ect. Thank you!
Added (1). So I guess the question now is 32 or 64GB? Would 64 be way more then I would need, if lets say I have 5, 000 songs and 100 pictures at one time? Would the 32 cover that?

No SD card applicable, what you buy is what you get. I'm not even sure they still sell 16gb, but if they do, the only reason to buy it would be if you don't pirate your media. To be honest.
32 gig is good enuf for you for the next 2 years nikki.enjoy.
The prices vary. If you're in the US it would be like 10 bucks per GB but if you're in Canada it would be nearly 50 bucks per GB.
You can get iCloud which gives you free, unlimited storage for all your iTunes stuff. You also get 5GB of additional storage for backups, data, etc. In many countries, you can use iTunes in the Cloud to download your media only when, and as needed. You can even purchase more iCloud storage for a price.
iphone takes 8 mgpxl photos, so if you take a lot of photos that would be a lot of space.
Bottom line is you'll need more space. So I would say for you the 32GB would fit your stuff. It costs though that's why apple is worth over 100 billion: D cheers1
