2004 Mercedes E320 bluetooth?

My 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 screen reads "Phone not installed" When I press the telephone key. How Do I know if the phone kit is installed?

As this is a 2004 you may not have the option installed. The wiring and PUC are available from your dealer but the cost is going to be in excess of $700 USD. If the wiring is in place there will be a connector in your center console for the PUC. You might want to look into an external Parrot unit.

M is exactly right on this. Go ahead and give him the points. There's not even a good aftermarket unit to install to give all the features. You will also not have all the expected features from your iPhone as only the voice and calling features will be activated. No streaming audio is provided.
