A 32GB iPhone 5C or a 16GB iPhone 5S?

I'm on a budget of £550 that my dad allowed me so I need to choose wisely. I'm just wondering whether I will need the 32GB but will 16GB be enough? My brother has a 16GB iPad mini and after 2 months, the memory is full already!

5s anyday but I only have a iphone 5 and it is still very good

I would go with the bigger memory as it is always handy for updates and music storage

IPad apps are bigger files so they do need more memory

I'd suggest getting the 5s and making sure that you use the cloud for as much as possible (like storing all your music and such)
