A part of my itouch4 screen won't respond?

So i've had my itouch for exactly 2 years now, and its been cracked since the 6 month that i've had it. Ever since its been cracking a bit more and of course rn its really bad. I was planning on getting a used iphone or a new itouch soon, but didn't really mind it bc my itouch was still usable and i had a blackberry phone. But today afterschool when i turned on my itouch and i tried unlocking it, i noticed the return button (i have a qwerty password) wouldnt press. I didn't pay attention to it bc i was outside and i thought i was just missing the return button. But at home, i noticed that the bottom right 1cm across half of my screen doesn't work! So its impossible to press the return button, and my space bar is hard to press, i have to press it twice before a space comes up. My camera on the lock screen and still slide up which is weird. Is there any way i can fix it without spending money?

This is a technical issue. The only way to fix this is the get a new touch screen and ask a apple supplier to change it.

I recently just got my iPhone thrown against a wall and I have an OtterBox case on it it didn't break but it does not respond to when I touch it I can use Siri and it seems to be fine everything else but I obviously have no way into my phone or using it unless i use Siri because when I touch it doesn't work
