A web page/adds that tells furigana and english at the same time?

I'm searching something that could help me to see Japanese web's pages with furigana (something like furigana iniector for firefox) but it crashes everytime.
I need a furigana application that other the furigana, it says also the english corrispondent word for each word (not a translation, that would be too complicated to put the order of words)
I just need to understand the english meaning for each kanji in the exact order I see kanji in the screen. I just want to learn the pronunciation of each kanji (furigana) and at the same time, to learn the meaning of each word associated at the furigana lecture.

Now, I know that there's also a website (that it works also from my mobile's browser) that I can read japanese pages without installing any add on.
Just go to hiragana megane.

But it add only furigana.
What I'm searching (I wonder if it will ever exist, someone will ever want to do a project like this… That will be really useful to learn words + reading + meaning all at the same time.

I know there's many dictionaries pop up adds on etc. But that you need to click over each word everytime, to read the english vocabulary ) more over, since I read japanese's words more on my mobile (iphone 3GS), I can't install on firefox for mobile the application to have dictionary pop up (on the hiragana megane's web page)… So this is stressing. I need that just like furigana appear directly automatically over each kanji, the same will happens with english word of each furigana.

Something like this:

きょうはうれしいです。
今日は嬉しいです。

what you think? Can you add english at the furigana (above or next to each word?)

Do you think it will ever exist something like this?

This is the most effective way to learn really a lot and lots of japanese's words.
To have furigana + english over kanji's.

Please let me know if exist something like this!
