Just how do you "accidentally" delete your iCloud account, it takes effort and there are plenty of warnings of the consequences!
Or did you just delete it off the phone? If that's the case you just need to reconnect the phone to your Apple accounts and you should recover all that info (because in this scenario you would not have deleted the account itself).
If you did delete it, then you could try seeing if you ever backed up any of your numbers onto the SIM - but the SIM only holds basic details and not very many numbers!

Yet literally no matter where I'm, nothing that uses data loads unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Yet my mom's internet loads no matter where she is.
