Perhaps the microwave is salvageable, but the phone is now a paperweight.

It's OK. The bag will be fine.

But the phone is scrap. Be very careful as the battery could be ready to ignite/explode at any time due to the damage caused so don't leave the phone on or near any flammable items and definitely don't post/mail it to anyone.

If it still works then maybe

Now, the bag it was in depending if it was plastic or not should either be fine or melted. The phone, it would take a miracle to save that.
