Accidentally synced new iPhone as iPod on iTunes?
I just got the iPhone 5 an hour ago and already screwed it up. I was trying to sync it to my iTunes and instead of syncing it as a new iPhone, I accidentally pressed sync as backup of my old iPod touch. Now all my contacts are erased. Is there anyway to reverse this? If not, what will happen if press "reset all settings" or "reset network settings" on the iPhone itself.
Conect the iphone to your computer with iTunes and then it should say reformat the iphone / iPod it won't effect the iphone if it thinks its a iPod on the computer and also for your contacts you next time should sync them to your iTunes. Also it will erase everything you would have to start from the beginning including photos special settings etc also it will make your phones visual voice mail not work it happened to me and I'm with telus and I have a iphone 4
- Synced wrong ipod information into new iphone? I just got a new iPhone today and i plugged into my computer and opened itunes to sync all of the things i had on my iPod touch to my phone. My sister has an iPod also and all her things loaded on to my phone by accident. How do i take all of her stuff back off and sync all my iPods stuff on my phone? I had my contacts set before i synced and now they are all gone and it uploaded my sisters contacts. Is there anyway i can undo all that was just loaded and sync my stuff on instead?

- Synced iPhone with new Macbook & majority of my music is gone? It asked if I wanted to erase data from my old iTunes & sync with the new one, I said yes. Then 500 songs disappeared from my library. Not all of the them are purchased. There's still songs that i downloaded so I'm really confused as to what happened & how i can get them back!
