Adding a new line to Verizon?
I'm 16 and planning to get a cell phone soon. I want to get an iPhone but I want to wait until the next one comes out so I don't have to wait for my contract to expire to get the next iPhone. We have an old cell phone that is not active. If I add this cell phone to our family plan, will Verizon let me upgrade when the next iPhone comes out, or will I be locked into a 2-year contract?

Adding an old phone will not get you a new phone faster not cheaper, sorry.
- Verizon iPhone dead, but another line is eligible for an upgrade, contract options? In our share everything Verizon plan, we had 1 IPhone contract activated in October 2012, and 3 in March 2013. My iPhone is broken due to water damage- it's 2 year contract is over this march.Is it possible to purchase a $200 phone through the October contract (while keeping our #s) or do I have to pay full price for an upgrade or wait until march to get a deal on a phone?
- Starting my own line with verizon? Hey so I already have a verizon iPhone 5 but I was recently taken off of my parents plan. So I still have my phone, just no plan or data. I want to activate a new line today but i do not have an id or credit. I'm 19 but no Id for personal reasons and I don't have credit and I don't want to pay a big fee. Is my dad able to open up a plan and line for me and then just switch it over to my line when I have credit?
- Iphone 5s not adding in new contacts to phone? I have the Iphone 5s, when I add new contacts they are not apperaing in my contacts list. I have synced all the contacts in the settings, I have unsycned and resycenced from icloud already. The strange thing is when I go to text messages and type the name it appears right away but when I look for the same indiviudal in my contacts it is not there.
