Adobe premiere pro audio and video out of sync?
So my video files are .mov and i took them on my iphone 5 and they play fine on my dell computor, no problem. But when i go to upload on adobe, it is like 5 sconds out of sync? Really annoying, been searching online for hours and I don't have quicktime or anthing nothing has worked help me

- Recording iPhone game, Can't sync video to audio? Hello I'm recording my iphone 4s screen with display recorded, there's no lag at all. I'm also using an aux jack to my computer to record the sound through audacity. I'm using Pinnacle HD Studio 15 for my video editing. The problem is i can't get the audio to sync to the video. Every time i play the preview the audio is quite far behind the video, Even though i'm pressing record on my iphone and comp at the same time.
