All of my iPhone apps crashing?

For the past week, all but 4 of my apps are working.

I've had apps crash before, but they would usually work on a second try, or after restarting my phone.

But lately they've just refused to work. I've restarted my phone dozens of times, but the majority of my apps keep crashing.

They'll begin to load (the starting picture or whatever shows up), but then it will just go back to home screen.

I haven't been able to use 21 of my apps a single time this week. Even Safari and my Photos keep crashing.

I've tried:
Closing all my apps and retrying
Softly restarted my phone
Doing a hard restart
Deleting and re-downloading apps
Updating all my apps

Nothing works. Any suggestions, other than bringing it into an Apple store?

Why does apps on my iPhone keep crashing? Hi when i turn of my jail broken iPhone and then turn it back on all the apps i downloaded from cydia crashes meaning that when i press an app it comes on the app then closes the app
Why do the apps on my iPhone keep crashing? Almost every app on my iphone 4 crashes when I open them, even the apple apps. My phone isn't receiving any text messages that people send me either. I've tried restarting my phone multiple times & nothing's working. Can someone please help me with a solution to fix this?
Why are the apps on my iPhone keep on crashing? When I press on the downloaded apps on my iPhone 3G the phone automatically returns me to the home screen I tried switching my phone off and on but still the apps keeping on crashing. I've tried checking for updates in the app store but all the apps are in date. Also these apps have already been on my phone for a year and they have also worked since I've downloaded them.
Why are all my iphone apps crashing? Facebook crashes when i scroll down the news feed! Instagram crashes when i try to post pictures! I'm jailbroken on ios 6.1.2 3gs! Cydia doesn't open up too! What is going on why does this only happen, is the jailbreak causing it? Please help i don't want to restore even if i did, how do i save my music, i didn't buy it so i can't transfer it to itunes!
